Sales Associate
Full-time/Part-time • Continuously working with the PANDORA way of selling to optimize personal sales performance. •Achieve retail sales targets including volume and product mix, on daily, weekly and monthly goals. •Makes sure all daily, weekly, and monthly store routines are taken care of as assigned. •Maintains a professional, and well-groomed appearance according to the PANDORA national dress code. •Communicates clearly and directly, approachable and relates well to others. •Anticipates customer needs, champions for the customer, acts with customers in mind. •Proven track record of building customer relationships and developing return business.
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service Retail environment
  • Retail experience in high volume company a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility in schedule must include Holiday, Night and Weekend shifts
